お料理教室について
お料理を作りながら「日本の食文化」や「食育」が楽しく学べる料理教室です。
”かわいい漫画の紙芝居” を取り入れてクラスを進めるので、
小さなお子様から、外国人の方まで、簡単に楽しくご参加いただけます。
お箸の持ち方などの食事マナーから、食べることの大切さや、「いただきます」「ごちそうさま」など、
食べ物を大切にする精神も一緒に学んでいただきます。
日本語でも英語でも対応しておりますので、ぜひお気軽にご参加ください。

About Cooking Class
Through my cooking class, you can learn the knowledge of basic Japanese food
as well as Japanese food education.
What is unique about my class is that it uses an original Manga “Kamishibai”
the form of storytelling with pictures.
For the first couple of minutes, we will see this “Kamishibai”, so you can learn
the basic Japanese cooking, manner and gratitude for food.
And afterwards, we will cook together!
Every generation is welcome, from kids to the elderly!

福岡県生まれ。聖心女子大学卒業。外国人向け料理教室協会の認定講師。
長年に及ぶ海外生活から、バランスの良い日本食の素晴らしさにあらためて気づかされ、SNSで自身が作った日本食を数々発信。
帰国後、語学を活かして、日本を訪れる外国人向けに
日本食の料理教室「Robin's Kitchen」を立ち上げる。
また、NPO日本食育インストラクターの資格を取得し、
親子で"楽しく学べる"料理教室も同時主宰する。
I am happy to teach Japanese food education and culture to those who are interested in Japanese culture.
Livingin New York City for 7 years ,I realized that Japanese food was recognized as healthy power food. Now I live in Japan and would like to share the Japanese food culture and spirit in English. I would be very grateful to teach something useful that might help your future life.
